    Antique 1917 H.A. Lowe (STARRETT) "LAST WORD" Dial test indicator MODEL-C 1"/100
    Comes with tool post clamp (attached in pictures), rectangular tool post that attaches directly to the indicator, and original case.

    Side marked:

    I believe this makes it manufactured in 1917
    Dial Reads:
    MODEL-C 1"/1000 LAST WORD
    Very clean appearance, but the movement is a bit sticky and needs to be cleaned.
    H.A Lowe was started in Waltham, Mass in 1902. In 1907 they moved to Cleveland and came out with the "last word" dial test indicator in 1914. Starrett bought the company between 1930 and 1938 and started making the "Last Word" indicators.
    Examine the pictures closely, I take care to show features and flaws.
