Please email with any questions. Vintage black wool fez made by Gemsco. The size stamped inside is a bit worn but looks like 6 7/8. The fez is decorated with five bullion letters NOCAM and an enameled pin. I could not find any information about NOCAM- National Order of ???. Wool is in very good condition. The string that holds the tassel is a little worn.
