  • Condition: The paper cutter is in very good condition. Minor paint loss on red painted area (lower right hand corner), There are a couple of small scratches on the handle. There is a screw missing on the ruler between the 3 and 4. The blade works but could be sharpened for a cleaner cut.

    Description

    I was told some time ago that the paper cutter was used for photographs.  I do not know if this information is accurate.
    The body is black steel and the ruler is red.
    It is certainly an item that can be used and enjoyed as the condition is good.  For the age, the paper cutter is in amazing shape.
