Condition: Used. Pulled from a storage unit. Light rust in some areas. Has been dusted off, that is the extent of cleaning. Did test the cutter on some rigid paper, sliced thru. Please note pictures as they serve as the best description. I believe a couple rubber boots are missing on bottom, pictured in the 7th picture. Scuffing on top, pictured.
