This Interapid 312B-1Test Indicator has been professionally refurbished by myself, Joshua Renfree, of Accurate Origins Tool Repair and Sales. Refurbished means the indicator is in the best condition it could possibly be. Every part, inside and outside, and it is guaranteed to arrive accurate and working properly within factory specs. I go to great lengths to achieve this. For example, I use Moebius 9010 watch oil to lube the bearings. It is the highest quality watch oil, and produces the best lasting results. I strive for excellence, not good enough. This Interapid 312B-1 is as close to brand new as a refurbished indicator can get.
Also included in this lot is an Alina articulating arm base. This base is short and heavy, great for a surface plate and long production jobs. The mounting arm holds the rear mounting stem of the Interapid and has easy to use locking knob/lever. It also has a fine adjust feature near the indicator which makes setting your 0 almost too easy.
The black Alina holder mounts to the Interapid rear stem mount with a ball to allow a wide range of motion. It also acts as an adapter, from the .150" Interapid stem to it's .250" stem.
The dovetail stem mount adds even more mounting versatility, allowing you to hold onto it's .375" stem from the Interapid's top or bottom dovetail rail.
As if this package of measuring excellence wasn't great enough, I've also included 4 new standard length(.675" thread shoulder to center of ball tip) contact points. These contact points have carbide ball tips of 4 different sizes: .015", .030", .060" and .080". This variety allows for maximun versatility in measuring applications. And I choose carbide ball because they last far longer than regular metal, giving you the most value for your money.
To round out this lot of tools, I've included a contact point wrench and plastic storage case. The case will hold everything except for the Alina Base.
This is not your average Ebay Interapid listing. I do not just offer a used indicator that may or may not work.
