Here is a Starrett No. S668CZ shaft alignment set that is in excellent, next to new, mint condition. It has been used??? obviously not very much. There are no initials or engravings anywhere on any of these tools. You have to look pretty hard to find any imperfections anywhere. This set comes with two No. 196 indicators that look and work just like new. They move easily without any hesitations and always returns to "0". Smooth!! There are two No. PT1874 snugs, 8 different indicator points, two extension plates, and three pairs of posts that measure 9", 7 7/16" and 5". These attach to two chain clamps that can go around a shaft up to 7 1/2". All of these tools are in excellent condition. I would be very surprised if any of them have ever been used. These tools are all protected in a black fitted case that also in very goog condition. It has done a very good job of protecting these tools. The inside has gotten a little dirty from doing its job. It look great, easily opens and closes, and latches shut securely. It will continue to protect this set for years to come. There are two empty spots in this case that are for a pair of indicators that are not included. These American made tools are ready to go to work immediately and would make a great addition to any precision toolbox.
