Description

Vintage steel plate mounted on aluminum channel stock.  Sharpened lever guillotine allows clean cutting.
Use for whatever purpose you find.
Nice little cutter.
Measures:  7in long (8 3/4in to end of handle), 4in wide and will cut a surface 6in long
