    VINTAGE METAL CHANDLER DECKEL SERRATED EDGE PAPER TRIMMER/CUTTER 6” X 7”
    Cuts beautifully however the blade requires a cleaning as I have not used this cutter since 1997 and it has been in storage. I am now almost 92 and my hands can no longer take care of these items.
